Recommended Gastronomy: Seafood, fish, poultry, rice dishes, fresh or semi-cured cheese.
Colour: the vintage has a straw colour with a greenish rim. Bright and attractive.
On the nose : an opulent bouquet of sweet apple and ripe fruit (reminiscent of “paraguayo”), intermixed with hints of spice and liquorice. After swirling, a nose of citrus fruit comes through.
Palate: Clean and powerful on the palate. Full-bodied with and elegant, lingering finish, underpinned by good backbone and well integrated alcohol.
